问题描述：

项目中用studio开发中调度oracle发布ws服务异常。
Error occured when dispatcher message at proxy web service, can't find match inbound.The operation parsed from message is [null]

解决办法：该问题是由于客户的wsdl中opration和soupaction不匹配导致访问时报错，现提供以下方案：在使用soupui访问时，在header中添加SOAPAction=GET_LOCATION_DATA
