【问题描述】：
安装Platform7.5成功后BPS启动报错，报错信息如下:
Message: (BPS Process Server startup failed,because of the UpGradeManager program find the database script is old version.)

【解决方案】：
1、从异常信息来看，是因为数据库为老的版本，若为Platform7.5的库，WFSYSTEMINFO表中的CONFIGVALUE的值为V4.7；
2、请问安装过程中有没有进行数据库初始化？若安装完成后也可以在governor中进行数据库初始化，请在数据库初始化成功后重新启动server。
